At Tower House, our team is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of care.

A GP checks calls all day to decide the best care for you. While 8am is the best time for a morning appointment, same-day slots may still be available later, including in the afternoon. Our phone lines are busiest early, so you don’t need to call first thing please call when it’s convenient for you.

Please note, prescription requests must be submitted in writing via email, mail, or dropped off at the surgery. We are unable to accept phone requests.

The best way to re-order a prescription is to use the NHS App.

If you wish to cancel an appointment please telephone as soon as possible on 01983 817200
